If you have always wanted to see a prehistoric descendent of the dinosaurs, then you really have to see the Komodo Dragons at the Komodo National Park in Indonesia. Yes, the only place in the world where these majestic lizards roam freely on special islands that are dedicated to them.
The Komodo National Park consists of three main islands - Komodo Island, Padar island and Rinca Island that make up the national park. However, visitors are brought to the main Komodo Island to see these beautiful and yet dangerous reptiles that grow slightly over 2 meters long.
Personally, I have been here three times from 2016 to 2018 and I still cannot get enough of this place. The sheer beauty of these Komodo Dragons keep me fascinated on how they resemble a prehistoric era.
