Did you contact their customer support to check the issue and if you could get your data back?

I did wrote them, got generic advise to reinstall app, no word about data recovery. I think by reinstalling you just wipe everything that was not sent to their servers.

@@VietPhan You could also rely on apps based on OpenStreetMap like OSMAndMaps (on iOS App Store) which has a backup and restore function. Anyway, I look forward to hearing back from you on another video on the Garmin device you bought.
