The food was incredible the best we have had so far on any cruise line main dining or buffet

2:19 that isn’t a water taxi it’s one of sea buses, part of our transit system. The Canada line runs north/south the expo line runs east west, also part of our transit system. Thanks for this, I’m sailing on that ship from San Diego to Hawaii via Mexico, then back home to Vancouver, in 3 weeks. I can’t wait.

How convenient being that close to the cruise terminal! I will have to check out Pan Pacific if I ever cruise out of Vancouver. Cannot wait to relive this amazing trip. Thanks for sharing!

Hey guys so happy I found you. We are planning on doing this exact cruise next summer for our anniversary. Looks like you made several videos on this trip so I will get all the info I need to make for a great trip. Also saw you spent some time in Canada we haven't been to Canada in 25 years so looking forward to it. Your channel is doing well you did a great job filming, editing and tons of information. You communicated well looks like you have alot for us to watch and keep us busy. Love this community you have new followers for sure good luck with your channel in 2023 can't wait to see more and watch you grow!

Enjoy pre boarding video 🙏 - the water taxi you refer to is the SeaBus and part of the transit system . It is easy to jump on and head over to North Vancouver Lonsdale Quay for shopping , Fish and Chips etc… if you stay overnight . The SeaBus leaves from terminal next door to Canada Place .

We are looking to do the Alaska cruise next year with the Konningsdam. Verandah cabins seem expensive, we are a family of 3 two adults and a 12 year old. How did you find an interior room?

Interior is tight…lots of storage so it hat would t be a problem…but. It much space to maneuver if resting or getting ready….but if cost is a focus…I have stayed in interiors with 4 grown women! It can be done! The room for us is for changing and sleeping! Koningsdam is a great choice for Alaska! Thanks for watching!

Oh the pan Pacific is where we stayed in the video and it was amazing. The location was great very close to the train station. They have luggage service for tip that takes your bags on board from your hotel room to the ship that itself is worth the cost of the pan Pacific!

As for ship pointers definitely utilize the buffet because it is amazing! Check into Holland America lines unlimited laundry for $50 per cabin for the entire length of your cruise. It is so worth it. It really helps save on packing and possibly by taking a carry-on. Bring something orange for orange night. Be sure to check out that video. It’s called the one about the orange party in this series. When you view a glacier, make sure you try the pea soup which will be handed out on deck. It’s delicious. What other types of things are you concerned about? Ask away!

I have a question regarding appointed check in times. If my appointed time is 1:00, is that the time I’m supposed to START the process (drop off bags, customs & security, etc), or should I arrive an hour or two before that so I’m finished and ready to get on the ship at my check in time?

No it’s the whole process but you can show up 15-30 min before to park and drop off bags but the “check in” time is when you walk tino the cruise terminal and begin the process
