@@bradheltonmagee9980 It is WWE's fault. McMahon gets blamed because he owns the company, Owen gets blamed because he let Russo talk him into it, and Russo gets blamed for being the most at fault, as he bugged Owen until he said yes, he took shortcuts to make the rig go faster (which ultimately caused him to plummet) and it was his idea in the first place. The riggers actually got screwed, because they showed the people at WWE how to do it right, and Russo, on behalf of WWE felt it was too slow, and that safety guidelines are for chumps.

I think the hate Bret has for Goldberg comes down to respect. Bret Hart wanting to have a great match with Bill Goldberg. Bret wanted to carry Bill and lead the match but Bill was too stubborn. Bill instead tried to take the lead and screwed up many times so when it came to the kick, Goldberg didn’t care anymore he was like take this kick and choke on it. I think the kick was about frustration because Goldberg had no clue what he was doing. I don’t think Goldberg liked Bret Hart and didn’t think Bret was any thing special. The match was average. The comment saying Bret wrestled 9 times after he was concussed is because most doctors didn’t care and would just say if your not dizzy or don’t have a migraine your probably okay. Look at football hits where the guy was knocked out cold and the trainer would come out with smelling salts. Concussions are taken seriously now because of the deaths. I think it’s warranted that Bret has to point a finger at Goldberg for ending his career because that started many negatives in Bret’s life. I think ending the feud with Shawn Michaels and Flair shows that Bret is trying to be more forgiving.

I do think that Bret should try to move on now. But Goldberg hurt him three times in this match. One is a forearm smash in the beginning of the match. Second is the Figure four spot, where Goldberg was not close enough to the ringpost, there was too much gap, plus he didn't grab his foot, what he was supposed to do. And the came the kick which was a very bad kick. So, I completely understand Bret. But I wish he moves on now, accepts his apology and from now on in interviews just says let's move on. Wehave talked about it enough.

I worked in construction for almost 20 years, we know the risks, fall hazards are very real, cuts are very real, so when take on a career, you learn what the risks are. I know that don’t mean “expect to get hurt”, but just be aware. As far as Bret and Goldberg, like Eric Bischoff said, “who’s the experienced one? He should’ve took the time to really teach Bill”. And Yes I also realize Goldberg never got enough training either. But to constantly cut the man up over and over, it’s getting old

Btw, it's not the ringpost Figure 4 that was the issue, it was that thrust kick and Goldberg's lack of knowledge on how to throw a worked move, that really did the damage to Bret. It was a full-force side kick to the side of Bret's head that really f-d him up. Honestly, Cornette, of all people, had the most level-headed take on this. Goldberg was a gimmick, the Powerplant was the shits, no one educated him on the business his accountant got him into, so when Bret tried to help Bill, I'm sure he didn't mean to hurt Bret, it's just that he was so uneducated on how to do anything that he just didn't know what he was doing. If anything, I blame WCW being morons on even allowing the Powerplant to be a thing, and not redirecting Goldberg, if he was actually serious of being a Pro Wrestler, to a more reputable place to train.

Bret Hart doesn't deserve sympathy for this anymore. It was a horrible accident, Goldberg has said said dozens of times... if Bret can't accept that then that's on him. A lot worse has happened to people and they've moved on.

Bret has had a stroke which can cause long-term emotional problems and mental health issues. It's possible that he just can't accept it and move on.

Bret isn't the only person goldberg hurt. I think bret has the right to be mad at goldberg. Goldberg is a one trick pony that should have been in the top spot Shouldn't have*

Bret is such a bitter mark. In that new documentary on wcw, Bret has the audacity to call ppl marks while sitting in his hitman pink bar surrounded by 100 pictures of himself in gimmick with his hitman pink pool table😂. Also if u ask to see his belts "he won" he will present them in his zipper suitcases. Its no coincidence that whatever company he was champion with would lose the ratings battle. Bret was yesterdays news in the nwo/attitude era.

I think Bret's bitterness really comes from him being exposed as someone who couldn't draw to save his life. His ego can't handle the reality.

Darren Drozdov forgave D-Lo Brown for what happened there, this just makes Bret Hart look pathetic in my eyes. Get over it.

We are not all the same and just because one person can forgive and move on doesn't mean that everyone can. Bret had a stroke, which can cause emotional problems including anger, frustration and depression. Do you think that everyone who is trying to deal with long-term mental health issues is pathetic?

You can't base everything off of 1 person. Have someone kick you in the head , have a stroke and be forced to retire at 40 and miss out in millions. See if you'd forgive the person that kicked you in the head..... you know because droz was cool with it
