13:47 as someone who has played a lot of mlb the show 15 rebuilds your problem is at beginning menu of franchise where it asks about legends and dh or no dh or fantasy draft all those options there’s one that says instant trade which if read description it says allows trade instantly vs the default which is a couple of days for a “more realistic experience”
