Y'all don't give 2NE1 enough credit for how much they've done for YG ent.

YG might have made YGE, but Bigbang is the one responsible for making YG successful. Bigbang literally grew YG from a small, niche company relying on Wheesung and Se7en to part of the Big 3.

You may hate YG for things he had done in the past , but the groups which he debuted are still legendary groups. YG fam❤

I like YG because the company knows how to create legendary groups/artists and great songs. I hate YG because of how the company mistreat and mismanage the artists in their name.

I don't like how people say "YG has produced many legends" or "YG only makes bops," look G-Dragon wasn't called the King of K-Pop for nothing, he was one of the first idols to self-produce many songs he and Big Bang released. Not only that but, YG isn't responsible for that much, its really just the people they hire that they hire (and end up mistreating).

No one can disagree that YG has produced many legends in kpop scene....and they are alway true to their roots.

If I'm not wrong, Blackpink's contracts will expire in mid 2023. By then we should see how serious the members are about performing and putting out music, because they can either leave, or negoiate for way better conditions. They shouldn't have lost their traction by then (with it being only 1.5 years away from now).

I have to give credit to YG is how his artists do not have to pay their debts because during their trainee periods, he caters for everything. He also pays his artists well. I say this because from the company artist ratio, the artists get more percentage than the company because they deliver the songs out to the world.

Thank you so much for bringing attention for those who did not know what was going on in YG. Ever since 2ne1 disbanded I stopped following Kpop. Im glad you shed light on the way YG and the company treats their idols/artists. They deserve so much more! So happy for Topshi who did not re sign with YG and best wishes to Jiyong Taeyang and Daesung on their new album coming out this spring!

Yeah I don’t like the term “big 4” obviously HYBE is huge now, no deny in that also they are quite influential, but what makes the big 3 the big 3 is their relevancy over the decades and how they literally shaped kpop in the way we know it now. And for me hype big reign isn’t comparable simply because the time hasn’t past to say they are that essential to kpop. Don’t get me wrong they won’t fall off, I don’t believe we gonna end at a DPR place, but let’s come back to that statement in 10 years from now. Just my opinion 🤷🏾‍♀️

There was a scandal with supearls because of the idol with the darker skin o saw some knetkzens saying they were in accepting with going to shows with a dark idol. That’s so messed up. I saw her as she was so pretty. I was excited to see such a different looking idol group

I’m not a fan of kpop but i noticed that every company have strong groups behind them. SM got TONS of groups and they thrives from sales. YG got super group like Big Bang and now Blackpink. Hybe got BTS and that’s a mega super group for them.
