My old firearms instructor got me hooked on the Kore belts years ago and they are fantastic even after all my hard use. No way in hell I would wear another belt. My dad always said when you got the best thats what you stick with.

If you're a BIG DUDE like me Kore makes a beefy black tactical belt that fits up to 72" waist size!! Its super nice and you can trim it down to whatever your waist size is. Been running it for 2 yrs with my P365 and 1911 some days. Best of all you can choose from a dozen different buckle styles to wear or swap out with it so you aint stuck wearing one buckle option.

I have 3 of the Kore Essentials belts including the black leather as well as 2 of the others tacticals in black and kind of a goldish brown color. I love all three and they have served me well. As I have lost 105 pounds in the last year, their ability to be able to change length has been wonderful. I would never go back. Not only do they look great but they feel great when I wear them.

Mikey I checked the websites and have to say Kore has a huge collection of these kind of belts in a lot of styles even battle belts, speed belts and duty belts. Its impressive Nexbelt has a lot less and they just do edc style with 1 range belt. They seem like a golf belt company more than guns to me.

I have both. The next belt is better. And the buckle doesnt dig into my gut like the square one of the kore does

It really seems a trend or personal preference. My buddy swears him and his friends have broke a ton of nex belts. And swears by Kore. But he also chases trends so 🤷‍♂️ I bought nex cause that’s what my CCW instructors recommended. Been using it for 3 months now. So far ok, I hate the release mechanism tho. Such a PITA.

@mrmidnight32 I have next belt. it's a good belt,a little over a year wearing it all day 7 days a week the threading started to come apart . That's why I'm here thinking about getting kore

I’m thinking about trying the Kore belt. I’ve had my Next belt for around 5 or 6 years and the buckle finally broke at the pivot point. I’ve never had a single issue with it tho and haven’t experienced the problems that people claim could be a problem, like the ratcheting system loosening up. Hopefully the Kore belt isn’t any more bulky. The belt buckle has definitely wore some of my shorts out and if it sticks out any further I have a feeling will be having more shirts with holes in them. Only time will tell! Thanks for the review.

Thank you for checking it out! The Corbell has definitely been my EDC and the mechanism to meet personally is just a lot easier. I do not wear the buckle to the front because I carry appendix so I have my belt over to my 10 o’clock because I am left-handed. No issues For the last three years

I’ve been using that exact NxtBelt for about the last 3 years. Beverly had any problems with the buckle, but rather the belt itself. The back part of the belt snapped in half at some point in the last year. I’m receiving the Kore Essentials version today, hopefully it holds up better the NXT over time.

I ran a nexbelt for a while and the release lever broke on me after only about a year or so. I'll never buy another nexbelt.

I'm leaning toward the Kore essentials Belt. Made in the USA is #1. Made to last in #2. Poor reviews of the Nextbelt is #3. I'm thinking I want to wear the Kore belt as my regular belt. The belt buckle I prefer is the X6 and the color is Black. I definately do not like the quick connect sheapy clips as they tend to unbuckle themselves when bending over or even while sitting down.

You get what you pay for. So I'm team Kore all day every day. I carry everyday and I move around a lot so to speak everyday and my Kore belts are just Beast... I own a few of them now.

I actually own both belts in my arsenal and they are both good belts epsecially when compared to belts with holes or velcro closures. I am a big ratchet belt fan. BUT I have to agree that the Kore (Ford) are the better constructed of the two and have better center core and if you look at both websites the kore folks have a lot more choices for sale. I believe that the movie was Ford vs Ferrari. Chevy's used to be good cars as well but never beat Ferrari to my knowledge.

Did some research. To be fair Kore came out first with these ratchet gun belts and so they have a lot more options and models (edc, battle, range, duty,etc) and have a more perfected system. Nexbelt is trailing behind.
