좋은 식재료를 청결하게 하나 하나 꼼꼼히 손질하면서 만드시는 모습을 보면서 사장님의 마음을 자막으로 읽고 있으면 (실제로는 바쁘시겠지만) 여유와 꼼꼼함, 그리고 디저트에 대한 사랑이 느껴져서 굉장히 힐링이 되네요.

Super helpful tip to peel boiled eggs!!! While they are still hot, crack them against the countertop and submerge them in cold water, in a bowl right under the fawcet. That way, cold water gets in between the cracked shell and the egg white and you can immediately peel them reeeaaalllyy quick! ;) Hope it helps! Greetings from Argentina!
