Dear Simon and Martina. do you know what you two, I've really enjoyed watching your videos over the past few months. I've recently discovered Korean food over the past year or so: I live in Bristol, United Kingdom and I have experienced Korean food by eating in a local Korean restaurant; and, I've got to know a 'mom and pop' couple who run a Korean/Japanese food store, which is near to my house. They've been very helpful it's been a pleasure to get to know them both (she makes her own kimchi). I've really enjoyed kimchi. In fact I eat it several time a week! My favourite dish in the restaurant is Soondubu jigea. I've even convinced my family to eat at the restaurant. love your videos regards..'Scouse Tony' xx

Pretty Awesome that they make Cutlass Fish and it actually tastes awesome. Here in the US it is considered as a trash fish and no one eats them. They are considered kinda a nuisance that Sword fish and Marlin normally feed on. Pretty cool,that is why you have to always keep an open mind with foods.
