My kids have been thinking about Korean fried chicken for a long time. Finally I was succeeded and I will share with you today. It is very simple to use an air fryer to make 2 kinds of Korean fried chicken!
Ingredients: chicken 900g
Marinade: 1/2 tablespoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper, 100ml milk, 25g minced garlic, 50g corn flour
Breading: appropriate amount of tapioca starch
Korean chili sauce:
1 tablespoon of Korean chili paste, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of water, 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 12g of minced garlic
Honey mustard sauce:
2 tablespoons Yellow mustard sauce, 2 tablespoons honey
🎈The above sauce ratio can wrap 8-10 small chicken drumsticks
Air fryer settings:
1st time: 160 Celsius degrees for 10 minutes
2nd time: 180 Celsius degrees for 10 minutes
3rd time: 180 Celsius degrees for 5 minutes
