I'm sorry but I have to say it.... f(x) and SHINee were two groups, who were musically superior than their way more popular fellow SM groups, but never got as much attention because their songs weren't always based on extreme shock appeal to the trends of the time. f(x) 's albums, "4 walls", "Pink Tape" and "Red Light" are all amongst some of the best K-Pop albums. A criminally under-appreciated group. What pains me is that this group, which was responsible for some of the most acclaimed albums in K-Pop is now being forgotten... (at least SHINee is still active).

Even if f(x) is not currently active, I'm still holding on to a possible comeback since Luna said herself that they never disbanded. I'm not that updated with Victoria, but the rest of the members have been giving hints here and there that they are working on songs and are probably just saving those for a future album sometime in the future. Let's just treat this period as a verryyy loong vacuum period and support the girls once they do come back.

When they came out SM was still too busy with DBSK, SuJu, SNSD and BoA. SM always had the know-how on producing great groups but always ended up failing in managing them.

It’s heartbreaking to see how they’ve been forgotten and erased over time. I’ve been requesting kpop reaction channels to react to f(x) so that this new generation of Kpop fans can get into them, and see this wonderful group that accomplished so much with so little.

I love how even now, people are discovering f(x). Unless Luna and the remaining members tell us they are disbanding, I will keep waiting for the time they'll reunite and produce dreamy songs again. They paved the way for many girl groups we know now, starting from the style, the beats they used on their songs, and even themes. Every MeU knows f(x) always bounces back stronger.

I really love that when f(x) is mentioned people will always say the word "unique" or "different". It feels more authentic and make them very special among other gg. They have always been ahead of their time. The world wasn't ready then when they were still active as a group. Nevertheless, they are still going to be known as that "unique" group in the kpop history and as a meu that is something I will always be proud of. PS: Omg I feel like crying hahahaha

ikrrr whenever i say that f(x) is unique, i feel very proud. They were amazing at embodying every concept they did no matter how different they were from each other or how "out of the box" they were. During their time, their concepts and music were very eccentric and experimental leading people to have mixed feelings about them. But right now, looking back at their journey, I realize more and more that they were one of the first kpop groups to have such consistently creative concepts and discography, (not to mention VERY high quality despite being so new and risky musically-wise) expanding horizons for the kpop industry. I absolutely loved that they strayed away from the usual expectations on girl groups and continued to stay true to their uniqueness. Truly deserving of the title "Legend". I am forever grateful that the group f(x) was born and I was able to discover their music and concepts that easily transcended into art

Exactly! Alot of people will diss kpop and say its so boring and pop but like.....honestly f(x) had a strong indie vibe despite being pop and really brought a lot of art into there work. Also I can understand why a lot of f(x) fans were alittle upset with Red velvet for awhile. I love both groups but I remember getting annoyed when people would say that RV were the first "weird" and "quirky" kpop group from sm and im like yall......are we really gonna ignore f(x)???

I’m going to cry, f(x) has a special place in my heart. Literally their music gave me a bit of escape in my dark reality back when I felt misunderstood. Lemme give some recommendations on those that are unaware of this amazing group. First of all Pink Tape album & yes the whole album. Milk, Beautiful Stranger, All Night, Rude Love, Dracula, Vacance, Diamond, Butterfly, Dangerous, Gangsta Boy, Signal, Beautiful Goodbye.

한국 가요계의 레전드였던 고인이 되신 "신해철"도 FX의 노래를 들으면 노래들이 엄청 앞서간다고 했었음 즉 10년 20년을 앞서가는 노래라는 뜻 굉장한 극찬이라 볼수 있음 그래서 음악적 센스가 있는 사람들만 저 곡들이 나왔을때 굉장히 앞서가고 좋은곡이라 이해를 하고 대부분의 대중들은 이해를 못할거라 했죠 그러면서 음악적 센스를 타고난 사람들은 그 행복을 누릴거라고 했죠

Yes, it is true! Because I flew to Korea for their Dimension 4 concert! I have been to other concerts but f(x) D4 Concert is more like f(x) and MeU in a big club house, singing, jumping and dancing together! It was my most memorable concert I had been to. f(x) is the BEST kpop girlgroup! Nothing to deny~ 💜💜💜💜

They're the most aesthetic girl group I've ever seen, experimental in music, and ahead of their time. Their genre is more like techno dance to me. I really loved them. Nowadays, Krystal is into acting also Victoria in China, Luna has her own music company and into musical (she even went to broadway), Amber going Solo and based in US & China.

Pink tape will always be one of the TOP and best Album in KPOP. F(x) has imprinted new styles and creativity which we seen most idols doing today. Its been almost 7 since they’re back. We miss them. RIP Sulli. f(x) you did great.

Sorry..I don't think you're MeU because you're letting other MeU down. They are speaking the truth. It's true that 'if they knew f(x), they will appreciate the art of music'..They speak highly..You can't blame because most MeUs are into thinking and judging.. MeUs are silent the whole time even when other fandoms wreck us down and called us weird for our taste back then. But now, almost all kpop sounds like f(x). Don't pull your co-MeUs down just for 'some' MeU who speak highly of f(x). We all know what we've been through.

I love F(x) but let's take a minute to appreciate Minhee Jin, the creative director behind the famous photoshoots and the Pink Tape art film. She truly is a wonder, and has also worked with EXO, Red Velvet, Taeyeon and Shinee but her work with F(x) is most memorable because I feel like she was awarded more creative freedom because of the group's "out of the box" image. She's with HYBE now and will be working with their new girl group.

F(x) was so unique be it with songs, concept, music or choreography. All of them were so talented solely. We'll never find group like them though they were experimental and were not promoted as others but they did shined. Their song literally has genre of 3rd generation and if they comeback they would shine on. I miss F(x)😥Forever MeU 💜

f(SHINee) was so strong that even 4 walls was actually supposed to be SHINee's and View was supposed to be for f(x). Try listening to an edited mix of those two and it's heaven!

My Spotify library is only f(x) HAHAHA and whenever I travel or having a long ride, thier songs are my jam.. Because they have so balanced voices..Promise.. I'm sad when Ssul left before 4 walls era because for me she is the 'bridge' voice between Krystal-Luna and Amber-Victoria voices..And her sweet voice to rap is kinda unique..I miss my girls 💜💜💜💜💜

Just comeback here to say, I'm really glad seeing MHJ brings back these concept to NewJeans. I believe in MHJ. I know all the controversy, even up to the fact that they are underage, I don't support that, ISTG, however the concept that Ador try to bring totally remind me of f(x). Really look forward to NewJeans growth as an artist. Need to wait another 5 years until Hyein is legal for me to buy their album. Support them through charts is enough yet I want to own their Album. I really hope they will past the 7 years cursed too. Wanna buy their album AHHHHH!!!!

Im so proud of them!!! They were ahead of the time. Their song always so catchy, unique and memorable. Before this fx is the trend. But people do not recognised their talent and concept. SM did not properly promote them and waste a really really really great comeback. 😭 I miss them on stage together. Now it will be impossible.
