This video was really really helpful and informative... But may i ask a doubt What is the difference between 아침 and 오전 they have same meaning but are they same in every situation I mean is it like formal or informal or we have to use it according to the situation...

아침 has two meanings (morning = 오전, breakfast). Therefore, when you say the time, either one is okay (ex, 아침에 보자 = 오전에 보자) but when you say breakfast, you should use only 아침. (아침 먹었니?).

Also! 오전 can mean 'A.M.' but 아침 cannot mean 'A.M.'. You can say 아침 7시에, but that specifically means 'at 7 in the morning' instead of 'at 7 A.M.'. 오전 7시에 would be 'at 7 A.M.'. While very small, this slight difference in nuance and meaning does exist. You can also say 아침식사 (literally 'morning food') to mean 'breakfast', but you cannot say 오전식사 ('A.M. food'?) to mean 'breakfast'. Hope this helps!

On Korean birth certificates do they write the hour with the 24h system? So if I was born on 00:17 would be written 00:17 am or 12:17 am? Do they specificate the am/pm, and is written with number or letters?

In Korea, you have to submit the Birth Report(출생신고서) w/ the Birth Certificate(출생증명서) issued by the hospital after your baby was born. According to the form of the Birth Report, the birth date is written by 24-hour clock, i.e., 00:17. Fyi, no need specification of am/pm for 24-hour clock and 00:17 is the same of 12:17 am (오전 12시 17분) for 12-hour clock.
