Michelle Lee Yeah they did, a group called GLAM (was a group under BigHit) did a collaboration with SeeU because one of the members in GLAM is the voice for seeU and Jimin, J-hope, Suga and Jungkook were back up dancers on the collaboration stage (this was pre debut for them) so yah they know 😂😂

Fun fact: they blended this song with the vocals of her voice provider to mask perceived shortcomings in SeeU's voice. Pretty interesting stuff, at 0:54 you hear the voice break out into a forceful emphasis which is impossible for the vocaloid without an append, and solid proof that there was a human in there. Song still bangs though!

Obviously stupidly late but the reason why SeeU is never seen anymore is due to drama with her voice provider (Dahee Kim). If anyone reading this is still interested in Korean VOCALOIDs; I would heavily recommend listening to and supporting UNI who has affiliations with SeeU’s Company (like distribution rights). Please support UNI! Be it an album or buying her voicebank (whether or not you can afford the Editor/s she is compatiable with (VOCALOID4 and up)!

Should SeeU really be dropped due to her voice providers legal issues though? She may not get an update but I think using her shouldn’t be an issue. I’m not saying we shouldn’t support further Korean Vocaloids. But just jumping to UNI seems cruel to, in the end, was a good product. For a time, I saw covers with her and original songs blow up.

yep! i used to listen to it in early 2015 and it was dying down then. i watched a nostalgic video about vocaloids and rediscovered seeu. (i don’t remember if seeu is a vocaloid anymore or if she was in the first place). i have no clue why she stopped trying to make a v5, or if that was even the case. i do know seeu’s voice provider dahee kim went to jail. we’ll unfortunately never see seeu again because i don’t think dahee is interested from what I’ve heard unless she makes some huge comeback. for now, seeu is probably never going to produce anymore music/no one will be involved with her anymore.

Dahees model friend was this Actors girlfriend and this Actor made inappropriate sexual jokes abt dahee and her friend wherein dahee was a minor (underage) at that time. Agreed the blackmailing part was too ahead but still imprisonment and ruining her career was too ahead and tht rich actor just used him modes to harass the two girls and get away with his money

I honestly think NewJeans should bring SeeU back to life. Maybe instead using one of the NewJeans members to create a new unique voice bank that has a similar pitch to SeeU's original voice bank. It also amazes me how GLAM performed with a literal hologram of a virtual girl. They were ahead of their time. Sadly SeeU disappeared after Dahee got arrested and the group disbanded. Also it seems that Japanese stuff is popular in Korea now so I think there would be less backlash if a virtual anime girl using a vocal program originally from Japan made a comeback. From what I've seen online, Japanese food is a popular choice for Korean Mukbangers and some Korean gals are trying gyaru style makeup and cosplaying as anime characters. I think it's coast clear now for SeeU

Such a good and underrated vocaloid with so much potential. She was and still is among my favorite voice banks, she sounds so unique, her voice is very versatile and her design is really too adorable and perfect to be denied. But considering the drama that surrounded her voice provider, she's doomed to never get any update and become forgotten, that's kinda' sad imagining Seeu in a dark pit for forgotten vocaloids.

Big hit studio... Sounds familiar.. Big hit... Entertainment? Does this have something to do with BTS? I am... Shocked. Edit:(11/18/2018) SeeU was highly linked with GLAM, a Big Hit/Source(i think) Ent. Girl group. Big Hit produced while Source promoted(not 100 percent sure), so now I understand the link. And also in certain GLAM performances, certain BTS members were backup dancers. Now that is all clear.

@@jilliantenan7485 reading this makes me realize how much of a clown I am, I just remembered that gfriend is under source music so it's almost like this entire time, they were kinda the sister group of bts. also seeing gfriend's concepts compared to SeeU here, I can kind of see what sort of image bighit wanted for their girl groups - elegant but fierce

I’ve been a Vocaloid fan since 2016 and I’ve always loved this song and SeeU since. Later, in 2019 I found kpop and BTS. Funny that this song is produced by Hitman bang, who is the man that created BTS. When worlds collide.

This song literally got me through so much as a teenager. I'm 27 now and I remember when this came out... so wild. Good luck to new teens getting into vocaloid, I suggest listening to original japanese versions and ignoring english versions completely. Expand your mind a bit, please. Edit: i know seeu is Korean but the majority of other vocaloids are japanese.
