In Canada, there are also many parks and places that make dating easy. You only have to find that special person , a couple snacks and a bottle of wine. Dating and finding that the person you want to spend time with is not easy . You have to make sure your values are the same. Our generation seems to take relationships not seriously which makes it hard to find that special person. Good luck!

Hit the contact part on the nose. I had been recently in a mild relationship with a language friend from Korea. Things had been going well and he was getting excited to see me when I go there in a few months. Well, one day I was busy and he had texted me and I had not responded back in a time he was used to and pretty much told me that I had done that several times and that I was pretty much being rude for not responding. He stated that we should just not talk anymore and told me good night. And that ended the texting. Excuse me? We are both in different countries with a 15 hour difference. I don't always reply at the drop of a hat. I do have responsibilities over here as well. He contacted me 9 days later and asked how I was doing and sent me a picture of himself a couple days after that. I don't play that tug of war. I moved on. Still going on my trip though. 😊

I'm American dating a Korean guy. We are also dating long distance. We only see each other once maybe twice a year because of our jobs, but we do video dates weekly. We cook the same meal so we can cook together, we watch a movie together, we go on walks together, and we even go shopping together. We text at least 3 times a day, but with the time difference one of us is asleep or busy at work, but we reply when we can and while at work and want to talk, we tell the other one "I'm working there might be a little delay in respond, but I want to talk." it really helps because sometimes we are very busy and can't talk or text. My thing is the jealousy. He is a very jealous person and I work with a lot of guys. He tries not to get worked up over it. Sometimes he sends me flowers or gifts at work so everyone knows I have a boyfriend. lol It is cute most of the time. I really like the style of the videos you do in English and Korean it helps with my Korean. I also like the causality of just friends talking and hanging out. As for penalties you can drinking Gosam tea (sophora root).

I have a Korean teacher in Sweden and she can explain expressions from our book that koreans use in their daily life and not only schoolbook-examples. I have only studied korean for a year so I would really like som "slow-talking" videos :-).

So glad I discovered your videos! This is the second one I watched (in addition to a few of your short videos), and I’ve shared links with friends, so I hope the number of your subscribers will take off! While visiting Korea in spring 2023, I met and made a Korean friend by attending an English conversation group (and we traveled to Ulleungdo & Dokdo in autumn 2023 and Geoje in spring 2024). She also introduced me to a different English conversation group with more advanced speakers, which I attended, meeting some really nice people, both married and single. I’ve already let them know I’ll be returning to Korea in autumn 2024, and I plan to attend their meetings again. Anyway, I’m mentioning it because in this video and another one I watched, you mentioned how hard it is to meet Koreans (especially dating prospects). I think attending a group like this might be a way for you to meet Koreans you might have something in common with (speak English, are interested in other cultures, etc). Anyway, those are my two cents. Thank you again for your entertaining and informative videos! Addendum: You have eight more subscribers than yesterday!

I really like this format of content! You practice listening and reading, and at the same time learn some new expressions. And you learn about Korean culture. I think a funny punishment would be having to eat something very sour/spicy (just for the disgust faces xD) or maybe as they already said water guns. Really looking forward to see what you speak about in the next one =)

As a mother with three boys, I can give you guys a little advice. Something I said to my boys all the time the woman that is there for you when you have nothing that’s the woman you have to spend the rest of your life with because she will be there for you for the rest of your life, the woman that only see you when you have money and fame no Sona you in an accident or you cannot give her that Gucci bag she will leave you and go to the other one as a woman I can tell you we are the most deceiving creature on the face of the planet, men are weaker than women. Some men only think with their head down there not up there. I know some women will come at me, but I don’t care like I said I have three boys. They all are doing very good and I have to keep watch when those snakes come around. I have to drop off the heads. I know the Asian culture is different at the end of the day, you looking for someone to spend the rest of your life with so be careful. Take your time and test the waters before you diving.

When you talked about Koreans’ take on what being open-minded entails , I recalled a guy who was briefly a Skype conversation partner. He thought that because I was American and considerably older, I had probably experienced a lot and was bound to be open-minded…and therefore I would consent to his dancing naked in front of me…while his wife and children weren’t at home.
