I also had an alcoholic father at traumatic talaga. Kapag naalala naming siblings natutulo pa din luha namin. Pag sober papa ko sobrang bait, tahimik lang, pro pag nakainom, guguluhin kami na pamilya niya.Hugs sa mga nakaranas neto.

OMG i can relate pero i tried my best mag aral - sobrang hirap naranasan ko.. yung environment na mga puro lasengero* wala na nga kaming makain naglala song pa at sugal tatay ko- kaya nag sumikap ako kase nawala nanay ko sa sobrang stress nya siguro - bata pa ako na isip ko di pwede ang ganetung buhay para sa mga anak ko - im now living in Canada for 17 years as citizen.. i have my 14 years old daughter and a very loving and supportive husband.. pero di ako nag tanım ng sama ng loob sa tatay ko- until now I am supporting him- and da dalhin ko sya dito sa Canada soon bakasyon. Ginawang kong lesson in life ang naranasan kong hirap, naging matatag ako and independent woman.

I was very happy for Carmi Martin when I heard she was with Apa Ongpin. I was a big fan of these two personalities during that time. She was my fave (other that Theresa Carson) during chic to chic time. I just don’t like her role being too sexy and revealing lalo na noon na when I heard about her relationship with Apa (not sure kung may chic to chic pa noon they were together, pero sexy pa rin ang mga role nya sa movies. However, I loved her role in working girls. Tumatak sa isip ko yong character nya and Rio Locsin’s part and of course Gina Pareno. Talaga lang love ko si Carmi. Bagay sa kanya yong mga lalaking dignified (yong reserve, layed back at hindi manyakis) not necessarily old fashioned pero yong intelligent and smart looking guy na boss but not bossy like Apa Ongpin and Edu Manzano’s role in Working Girls movie. Kahit revealing ang mga roles nya noon, there’s still some mystery in her somehow that made me love her. But she’s not showbiz, she answers question straight forward, no pretension. No going around the bush. No hiding from her real self to someone else she’s not. Walang pa mystery effect. The mystery just came out naturally at that time. Ewan ko ba, do ko ma explain. I just love her up to this time. Parang ang sarap kaibigan. Parang very sincere and it seems like she doesn’t believe the quantity of friends but a quality of friends. If fact, I am jealous with Gladys Reyes for having Carmi as her friend. But Gladys seems like a very nice friend too. Mukha lang maldita but she looks very sincere and a loyal person too not only to her husband but as a friend as well. Anyway, going back to Carmi, love her and would like to see more of her on tv, movies and love to see her in person just like my dream of seeing Nora Aunor in person bago man lang ako mamatay.
