I agree. Given the facts as outlined he should've granted the divorce letting the girl have the judgment and if afterwards by some remote chance they want to try again that's a matter for them. But she should have the advantage of the judgment for divorce to fall back on if necessary . That marriage needs to end. As we say in the Caribbean "leh he go back to he people an dem an leh she go back to she one-time missionary". Movements!
