The longest you would serve inside before parole in the Uk for murder is 10 years Fact (unless very special circumstances) I know of a man in Wolverhampton that infected two girls in his area and he spent less than 5 years inside for infecting 2 women's with HIV. He still was not cautious when he was with this woman. We eventually had to remove the child due to the danger of reinfection. The sentence should be for as long as she shows this illness. If she ever gets remission then he could come out of prison.
