thats why I never went to kota. i studied from my coaching in my hometown and stayed with my parents(most important). staying at home gave me relief and i was able to focus on studies peacefully. finally cleared JEE A 2022 and writing this comment sitting in my IIT hostel room

There's an special batch called SRG, which is given to 15-20 students out of 1200-1300 students, these students study in our classes itself, they just are given a special library and extra tests! 2. Poaching - true! 3. Toppers get special treatment - yes. Unki mehnat.. tum bhi mehnat karo, rank nikalo aur special treatment pao! 4. Cyber Cafe - depends on your self control.. 5. Drugs, alcohol etc - self control again.. 6. Depression and Parent pressure - yes, even i m going thru this rn! 😂 7. Mess - khana ghatiyaa rehti hai 💀 kuch nhi kar sakte.. 💀😀 Bhaiya ka tip sahi hai 8. Relationship etc - self control 9. Worth it? Depends on u.. agar tumhari icha se jaa rahe ho.. tab it's worth it, but if mummy papa pressure daal rahe hai, kuch bhi karo, paar kota maar aao! 😂

As a student in pw vidyapeeth's star batch it's not like cream of pie but it's so traumatizing we are forced to stay in coaching for 13 hours and the atmosphere there is so depressing they say we have gardens and fresh air but still the system is tough i fear if I am unable to sleep cause if I won't sleep then me whole day at coaching is going to be devastating cause I can't rest on apriper bed for a whole day

I was in the ‘topper’ batch (they call it SRG batch) in Allen Kota’s medical wing. Personally, even though I loved this video, I feel like a few of the points Ritik brings up in this video are outdated, especially the points regarding coachings. To preface, I got enrolled into Allen in 11th grade and got into a medical college at the end of 12th grade. All my opinions are from the perspective of a non-dropper NEET aspirant. BATCH SHUFFLING - First of all, batch shuffling doesn’t exist anymore. All ’normal’ batches are assigned randomly to students. I know this because I got assigned my batch as soon as I enrolled into Allen before I even gave any test, and that was my batch throughout my time there. There were no ‘shuffling tests’, and I stayed in the same batch no matter how good I did in the regular tests. There are, however, SRG batches (topper batches as said in the video) that consist of 2-3 people from each batch that have been seen to be performing well in the regular tests. These batches go on simultaneously with the regular batches, so students in the SRG batch have to attend both normal and SRG classes. I don’t think this is any ‘inequality’ because firstly, it provides incentive to students to do good in their tests, but it doesn’t really DEPRIVE them of anything. The SRG batch only serves as an increased difficulty level for students that the institute thinks can bear it. TEACHER POACHING - You must understand that just like it is hard to make a deep student-teacher relationship in college, it is also hard in coachings. This is because each class has upwards of 100 kids and each teacher only gets 90 minutes of interaction per day. Plus, different topics have different teachers, so the faculty keeps changing based on what topic is being taught. You get used to it. So this poaching of teachers is not as big a deal as a lot of media makes it to be. Other than that, I think Ritik did a great job in conveying the problems that come forward with not Kota particularly, but living alone anywhere for the first time in your life. There is a lot of pressure, and there are always a lot of expectations from you. But your attitude towards these expectations is what determines whether you persevere or succumb under them. Getting exposed to the outside world at such an early age comes with a lot of challenges, and it helps to always have your goals in your mind.

See I also take coaching from both Aakash and Allen. I do Aakash classroom for complete studies and Allen distance learning just for giving tests. So it’s not bad to enroll in two or three coachings if u r getting help. Most students take 1 offline coaching and 1 online coaching like PW so it is not bad. Ya poaching of students is bad, but you should not consider all the children who take 2 or 3 coaching poached. There are many like me who take 2 coachings to study as well.

dark things with me : 1. a student just below my floor sucide after exam neet 2023. 2 . depression is common 3. backlog make it difficult to catch up with subject. good:- 1. can live anywhere now; at first after 10th it is very anxious feeling; i can't say ; a wierd feeling; alone 1st time 2. can't do hardwork as much as reqiuired for work. tips:- 1.talk to parents daily. 2. keep your health in track; othewise it make things worse; as my health got bad and i got backlogs. 3. if feeling depressed; just solve questions of bio; it willl give you confidence. nowadays; mobile addiction is very common in kota; not cyber cafe as much.
