Worst experience with kotak mahindra bank.. got my account debit freezed twice within a year .. bank employees don't talk politely.. they treat me like I've done some sort of fraud.. KYC guy always says that there's a server issue.. it's been more than two motnhs sicne my account is debit freezed.. no solution yet.. kotak sucks

Few years ago DBS bank started their zero balance Sevings A/C opening but after some years they decided that now it should be maintain ₹ 5000. Maine kuch der pehle AU Bank ki account opening kar raha tha ,, Unho ne mujhe Pehle Platinum savings account bana ke liye move kiya..but maine arrow pe click karke other option se digital savings account nikal ke application dala..initial payment dal ne baad , VKYC link ane se pehle page automatically redirect ho gaya. Maine customer service se call karke (non toll free number) issue bataya. unho ne bola within 48hrs Vkyc team contact karega. Lets see.
