I couldn't help but laugh when she put Kim's kid down and continued to hold hers while walking into the building. Reminded me of that D.L. Hughley comedian when he said he was "An excellent parent, but a terrible babysitter". She would definately protect her kid 1st over Kim's. I give her credit, it takes a lot to live that life and take care of little ones.
