Ingredients
------------------
For marinating:
Chicken--------------------------------1.1kg
Kashmiri chilli powder ---------2 tsp
Turmeric powder------------------1/4 tsp
Ginger crushed---------------------1 tsp
Garlic--------------------------------- 1tsp
Coconut oil-------------------------1 tbsp
lemon juice-------------------------3 tsp
For grinding
Green chilli-------------------- 4nos
Grated coconut------------- 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds-------------------1/4 tsp
Fennel seeds--------------------1tsp
Shallots---------------------------- 10
Cashew nuts----------------------1 1/2 tbsp
Raisins------------------------------- 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Coconut oil -----------------------1/4 c
Onion --------------------------------2 big
Ginger crushed----------------- 2 tsp
Garlic --------------------------------1 tsp
Curry leaves----------------------- few
Kashmiri chilli powder------ 2tsp
Turmeric powder ---------------1/4 tsp
Garam masala ------------------ 1 tsp
Tomato ------------------------------1 1/2 big

Hi chechi... sonali....made this too ....was tastier...OMG!!!!!I didn't make it as a filled ckn neither with cut pieces...was superb tasty....my kids loved the most.....for me spice was a bit less....my chilli was less Spicer..but with more pepper pwd at last made it up..... TQ chechi for another superb recipe ❤️.....1 sad thing is that u cut short ur vdos to alternative days

I hope u will answer me soon.. that vessel ur using is ot cast iron with ceramic/ enamel coating? From where did you purchase it? When we cook desi food in it, will it stain as its light colour.. ?
