The crossdressing guy is an australien pro wrestler named Ladybeard. He left the band and is at the moment performing with a japanese female pro wrestler under the name of deadlift Lolita. The two girls continued as 'The Idol formerly known as Ladybaby' By now one of the girls has left too and is at the moment in a band called BRATS. The band now has four members, one of them is a female growler. They just recently made a collab with Ladybeard

"is there a crossdressing dude in this band?" Yes. Yes, there is. Welcome to metal. We don't take ourselves seriously. The whole point of metal is to be subversive. So when all metal is supposed to be dark, you subvert it by dressing as a cute Japanese girl in pink. And metalheads love it. It's the same principle as babymetal. Once you've understood that metal is usually not to be taken too seriously, you can start to understand more grind, death and other bands like that. I mean, there are bands out there named things like "dying foetus" or "infant anihilator" (be warned, violence and gore and sex, if the names weren't making that obvious). Who would take THAT seriously ? The musicians are having fun, and the audience is having fun too. It's just that we have a weird sense of humour.

Unfortunatly, Ladybeard had to leave Ladybaby due to Visa issues. He is a crossdressing Pro Wrestler from Austrailia. The 2 girls went on to make several other songs calling themselves 'The Idol formerly knows as Ladybaby'. Then one of the girls quit to rejoin her previous band 'Bratz' and the last one reformed the group this year with 3 new girls using the original name Ladybaby. Ladybeard did come back to Japan and created a new group with a female bodybuilding model and wrestler called 'Deadlift Lolita' Thanks for the reaction.P.S.
