A note from the Kraken site "The goal of this project is to optimize the overall power band while maintaining the same light weight of the stock motor. Coupled with Bartolone tuned pipe which we recommend for this motor, you will have a beast of a motor suitable to be called the KRAKEN MOD. Wow! What a car!! It looks like one of the few 'really special' RC trucks, very well built & looks like a lot of thought was put into it's design. Even without all the upgrades it looks like it would be an amazing truck. I will be dreaming of it tonight in my cosy Scottish bed. Keep up the good work guys, we love it!

A tip for installing the exhaust spring; take a piece of wire and make a u shape out of it. hook the spring with the "u" and then grab onto the ends of the wire with a pliers. the spring will never shoot across the room again

A question for Everett? If he doesn't mind. What carb should I use for a low rpm paddle wheel application. With a cable friction clutch not centrifugal.

You guys definitely earned a like today, but I'm still not 100% convinced of this rig! It looks awesome standing still but very bouncy on just about every running video I've seen. Besides, it's so heavy I have a feeling you're gonna go through clutches very quickly. Anyway, I'm very much looking forward to the running video and thanks for keeping us entertained :)
