You ought to resign when you intend to lose a game, not let your time run out. The way he leaned forward to do The Procedure before the game had terminated really rubbed me the wrong way. The game made plenty of sense to me until the very end of it, and then he started playing nonsensically! It was a fine game until the end, it looked like white's attack had dissipated and Kramnik would easily survive for a draw, and then he decided to mess his own position up, very close to the final moves of the game. Like, Ne5 and Qe7... my guy, you've gotta be doing that to yourself on purpose. I don't even think it was totally lost until he took away his own checking square with Rc5. And thinks his opponent is cheating. Poor showing, pal
