You want to know how my typical practice day looks like? Well than watch this video. :)
Mostly its around 45 mins on bike + 2,5 hours of playing + another 45 mins on the bike to go back.

I am a musician and that is my work. Playing shows, doing recording sessions....but therefore I have to be in good shape which means, practice everyday!

Hi I tune my toms to the point where they still have resonance but sound low. I think its also the wood, Birch for the win!

You are without a doubt the most talented drummer I have witnessed. My longtime heroes behind the kit.... Lombardo, Hunting, Hoglan, Bostaph, Portnoy, Jordison, the Rev,.... the list goes on. My friend l must say you top them all. And with such humility.... this video was MOST DEFINITELY an inspiration. Thank you 🤘

It's truly inspirational to see someone so dedicated to their drumming :) 45 min cycling each way to get there, and then all that hard session work for 2,5 hours... amazing! That sandwich part cracked me up X)
