Hes definitely depressed and heartbroke. Not only his mom and dad are gone, he has no siblings or family, then kourtney moved on. Poor guy. Take mental health serious b4 it takes a life!!!!! They should give af and help him and keep him company knowing theyre all he has. His poor kids.

I'm on Ozempic & I can tell you that you STILL have to put work in. The weight doesn't just fall off. I WISH! It just makes it easier to make good decisions. Yes, you eat less & may lose ONE pound a week. But, to get drastic results you MUST do both diet & exercise.
