Hi guys, just a quick advise. PLEASE do not use a plastic slab to the vegetables on as when you rub the knife against it, the plastic also gets shredded and stick to the vegetables which is cancerous. Use a wooden slab to cur vegetables on.

Hare Krishna.looks amazing. What did you put from the packet before adding the noodles?? Also one suggestion.while making chinese try to cook it in refined oil or sesame oil for authentic Chinese flavour.but the noodles look so delicious and colourful.

Soya is kind of beans but it may have onion and garlic because it's pri seasoned,also restaurants have many other expenses that's why it's costly there

It would be better to avoid using the left hand while separating the noodles while it was getting cooked in the pot . Traditionally touching bhoga with left hand is avoided by vaishnsvas during the actual cooking once put in the pot. Very nice recipe. Hare Krishna 🙏
