oh my gosh! this made me cry! i have volunteered with the elderly for 4 years. we are out in a rural area and it is SO hard to get people to come there and STAY for volunteering. most people don't keep coming back. i have so many people there that i love. they SO appreciate the volunteers. two friends and myself go every monday and do manicures and it is so popular. the women love to get pampered and socialize. it warms my heart to hear of people helping the elderly. thank you, @kristen bell and all who helped!

I didn't understand any of this story.. what's she talking about? Old people in Epcot? I thought she was on a ship? Maybe I didn't pay enough attention.

She was describing the plot of the movie she was in, she was saying the characters were on a ship/cruise. They were filming parts of the movie in Florida, so Jimmy asked her about Hurricane Irma. The hotel she was staying at in Disney took in a bunch of senior citizens that needed a safe place to go during the storm and she volunteered to help, so Jimmy asked her about that.

She is a naturally giving person and is always doing nice stuff for people. She also has a kind of dark side sometimes which makes her funny and not perfect and likeable. She's real and honest.
