Hey guys!
We are back in the gym, and on it! I haven't lifted very heavy since the open so it will be nice to get back to some of these complexes. Get heavy here but move well! When the stabilizers are holding on you need to make sure that form is perfect!

I really love the point of feeding the brain!! "Garbage in Garbage out" We as a family try our best to keep the useless, tainted, and unnecessary out of our lives. It is truly one of the best forms of nutrition there is. Hopefully one day when we travel from Louisiana to Newark Ohio to see my mom and sister we can stop in a workout with ya'll.

Agree the mind needs nutrition. Especially when I'am training for an Ultra Run or Thriathlon. After 5 hours of running or biking the mind likes to go to a dark place.I spend time each day training the mind to stay in a positive place. You two had a great training session.

100 assault bike cals, 80 cals ski erg, 60 wall balls, 40 ttbar, 20 burpee box jump overs "just to get some blood flow" ???? lol

nope! put it on before you even start warming up so your hands are nice and dry!!

Another great video! Just wanted to ask for advice on getting into coaching from someone such as yourself, I know you did a video on owning an affiliate. Is coaching Crossfit a reasonable career? Would you ever consider coaching at multiple gyms to get the hours? Would you get your level one before having a job? My gym did say they would work with me 😎 thanks for all the sick content!!! 💪💪💪
