WTF do you mean by “I hope you never run a business” - how old are you little one? I employ people like you to run marketing campaigns - and I check EVERY comm that is created, I ensure there is a test run, a fast fail and fast follow mechanism set in place BEFORE launch. Yes it is my job to do so - I OWN the whole operation! My money - my Risk - my Reputation on the line!

Totally understand KC's frustration. Bummer they didn't QC the marketing content before it went out. On a positive note; Shopify is a pretty intuitive turn-key online retail host so switching on/off a campaign is rather easy. Any CTA links should really be closely examined, especially for a brand launch. Hopefully lesson learned.
