Girl that is a huge mistake but shout out to Kristen for not blasting her all over social media and keeping it cute!!!! Honestly the assistants should have checked everything a day or two before to confirm make sure everything was booked and coming on time

Her team didn't check in apparently which should be a obvious thing to do before a grand opening and Kristin never checked on her team to make sure it was handled. Horrible management all around.
