For years I have used the beef taquitos in corn tortillas, lay them in the baking pan and pour Green enchilada sauce over, then cover with shredded cheese. Cover the top with foil & bake at 350° for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake another 10 minutes. Serve with refried beans and/or mexican rice, sour cream & condiments of your choice. Yum!

All that stuff is filled with preservatives, and chemicals. Make it yourself from whole foods. You can make your own casserole dishes in one day, for every day of the week. Freeze, and then pop into the oven and cook daily. Much cheaper than buying prepared foods, and better for you, and your family's health. I made turkey potpie with left over turkey from Thanksgiving. Diced up some turkey, cut some onion and potato, and carrots and some frozen peas. Put in the left over turkey gravy, and a little chicken stock. Cooked everyrhung was done and the gravy/chicken stock thickened. Made two pie dough. Lined a deep dish pie dish with one crust, poured in the turkey, vegetables, and gravy. Then topped with the second pie crust. Cut slits in the crust to vent the steam, and baked for 60 minutes at 350°. I then cut it into fourths, and put three of the sections in containers to freeze, and put one fourth on my plate for supper. Prep time 30 mins., and 60 mins to bake for four meals. I just take a container out of the freezer, and put it in the fridge the night before, then heat in the microwave for one and a half minutes for supper the next day.

Neat. I never thought to dress up frozen food like that. They all looked so good! The taquito one, you could serve with tortilla chips, for all of that sauce or warm up some corn tortillas to sop it up, yum!

I make these for myself but just two at a time. I just put some salsa, onions and black olives on top then my cheese. After it comes out I put some lettuce on top. It is just me so only two at a time but it hits the spot. Bean and cheese ones for me.

If people knew how easy it is and cheap it is to make alfredo sauce from scratch they would do it. It's the same as making gravy heavy whipping cream a little bit of butter little bit of garlic and you thicken it up with flour or cornstarch then add your parmesan cheese you're basically just making a gravy with the heavy whipping cream. When I see alfredo sauce in a jar it makes me cringe LOL but then this would not be a hack if you didn't use the jar. But I would absolutely make alfredo sauce with heavy whipping cream and just exchange that and do the rest of the video absolutely

Love you girl!!! I watch all your videos with my kids. Got a suggestion for you..Try out the squeeze sour cream bottles!!! Gets your sour cream spread more evenly and looks real pretty on top of recipes! PERFECT for taco nights!!! You'll never want to go back to spoonin' sour cream!!

You can put the Frozen Burritos in a baking dish and cover them with Cream of Mushroom shroom Soup plus Cheese and whatever topping you want and it’s DELICIOUS

Wow, this is a blast from the past with the El Monterrey frozen burritos . . . Those were my go-to "beer Friday" meal as a young gal hanging out with friends. I doctored them up and baked them just the way you're doing it here:)

I've made the taquito one with Red Enchilada sauce and Green Enchilada sauce to try them but my fam & I agreed, the Green Enchilada sauce tasted better. 😋 I haven't tried layering it with other stuff yet. Thanks for the inspo! 💚
