My cat reacted one night when someone tried breaking into my house. I was asleep and she kept standing on my chest literally screaming! She had never done that before! I stood up, thinking she was hungry or ill, then I heard the noices at my door and saw a shadow. I silently took the cat, my phone and went into the bathroom, locked the door and called the police. They got him!!

Mine did too until his illness took him and I had to have him put down due to his suffering. Now, I still mourn his passing even 3 years later.

They have i had 2 unfortunely the past away but they were special one the Male looked like a dog if I trough a ball he would bring it beg and he was always waiting ate the door for me when I was not home and it was not for food he had it always there also he talk so much was really funny and he wanted so much love and hugs he was amazing the female was also a sweety. Mine (i love to say : i live on my cat house and he share food , bed , house with me) , he sleep with me on my bed (I sleep with him on HIS bed) , at wake up if i not move he sniff my mouth/nose to watch if im alive... If i dont move he touch my face and meouw !

When a cat softly bites on your finger like that, it's a true sign of love - this cat truly loves his human-friend. My absolute fave street cat (RIP Soxy!!) used to do that and it was so awesome..... I still miss him (a dog got him, or so I was told by the neighbors who cared for him).

I had a cat like that...street cat,one of my favorites. He even looked like the cat in this video. His name translated into Boots (more or less) I know the owner,lovely chap...and the cat when I had a bad day he would cheer me up,I always did a sound which always made him come near me no matter how far he was. Even if I was on one end of the parking lot and he was on the other...or the other side of the block,he'd come running towards me. But he died two years ago... Some kids cracked his skull open.That's what I heard from my mom, I was at school when the thing happened. Heck,if I found that kid, I'd crack his kneecap, that should be painful enough. I wouldn't kill him because...well...obviously it's murder, and taking somebody's life isn't a good thing,neither is doing what I'm describing any good,but it would sure give them a lesson. Sometimes I can understand why people commit such horrible acts of genocide (school shootings). They feel rage,and they want to unleash it, and set an example to others to what happens if you do bad things (to them at least it seems ok,even though it isn't).

@@MM-Iconoclast Thank you! There are two more cats (which I see on a regular basis and that come to me when I call them) that are still around... One I call Fifi...she's very energetic.And quite a troublemaker.She is the more playful type.The owner is a woman that has 3 other cats,she takes care of them with all of her heart and when I see her I call her and she comes and meows like she's telling me what she's been doing since we last met.She once had an incident with Crows...what happened was that she was assaulted by crows...like plunging at her. We have a laser...those green ones that leave trails...Those scare the crows,but even that didn't last long. We looked at the apartment where the owner lives and we (me and my mom) saw that the lights were on. I got all dressed up in a thick jacket so if it was needed I would catch her and keep her at my chest (under the coat) where she was protected until I brought her to a safer place. When I got down there,I called her,but she wouldn't come,a few seconds later I met the owner... Lo and behold...somehow she GRABBED the crow's chick. Sadly...the little chick died...But after that the crows left her alone. She can run for very long and very fast so she can't be killed easily. I can still remember a case when there were dogs running after both Boots and Fifi... They both got up into the trees.The dogs left after 3 minutes or so...They were like incredible. The other one is called Tomi, she's from another owner,but still a lovely family (they are all nice) her fur is very soft and it's clear she is well taken care of. Funny thing is that when the owner calls her she doesn't come as soon as she can,but if I call her she comes very fast to me. And from what they told me...I am the first person to be able to actually pet her with her staying... Like if they try to pet her after 2-3 pets she leaves. She stays with me for like 5-10 minutes.She does the whole rubbing on me,rolling,showing her belly to me and such.But apparently she went missing a few days ago.Gotta go search for her. And now that I remembered... There's a third one. Boots Jr. Boots had a kitten...I had the chance to pet him when he was very little...but sadly he went feral...Won't come near me or any human (which is better considering what people seem to be doing these days). There are quite a few cats...We also have Blacky...(another street cat) she's like literally a hooker. I think she had kittens like...7 times now? There isn't a year without her having the "pregnant belly". Another one was "Ear"...He was the arch nemesis of Boots. We nicknamed him "Ear" because his left ear was cut through (because he fought other cats) and quite a few times beat Boots and left him with awful scars...I haven't seen him in a while too... I can still remember an encounter with him.They were like hissing and meowing at each other (that "get off my territory" meowing) and we broke them up.Boots was used to me and my dad...Ear wasn't...So when he saw that we were coming close to Boots he ran away...I had a phone that had the option to change the sounds to any MP3 I had on it...The first song that came to mind was "Riders on the storm".Then things went back to normal...until that incident. We also have a dog (my grandparents own him) we called him "Fluff" because of how his fur was when he was little...And he is the best pet we ever had.Gladly nothing bad will happen to him as he is in a enclosed area where people can't harm him.It's in a rural area so he has plenty of space to run around in the garden.Also...he's as playful as the cat Fifi. And thank you for reading this message.It really means a lot to me.Finding somebody like you is nice,and sadly, rare... Sometimes it feels like kindness is a dying breed...

In ancient Egypt it was thought that the goddess Bastet would send cats into burning houses in order to save humans from the flames. Sounds like Ya-ong did exactly that.

As for the spiritual parts, i highly doubt pets feel remorse, guilty, i doubt they know what faith is, or have conscious, anything that makes us human, good or bad, animals never do bad nor good thing, they only act by instinct. I remember our first cat in our new house coming up to the top of basement stairs standing meowing at us loudly and looking back down the stairs so, I went over to see what was up and the basement was flooding from a failed sub-pump. PA. It was getting deep fast. A nice finished basement that we were able to limit the damage to because of the family cat. She was a pretty cool cat. Very smart. That was over 30 years ago.

reminds me of the pig that saved her owner's life when she suffered a heart attack so she went outside and played dead in the middle of the road to catch the attention of a passerby who she then guided to her owner's home other species are far more intelligent and aware than most people give them credit for

god bless 🙏 that 🐈 my cat also saved my life one night recently 3 weeks ago my cat woke me up for water in the bathroom when I looked in the mirror half of my face was swelling 😭 I had a hard time breathing I had trouble finding my phone my cat help me find my phone I called 911 and was taking to the hospital the doctor said I was going to anaphylactic shock for unknown reason luckily my cat woke me up otherwise I could have died god bless the owner for having such a beautiful fur baby ❤️❤️🙏 I thank God every day for my fur baby for those who think cats are not emotional they are they just have their special 💓 💓 way of showing us that they care 🙂 it's a shame we don't have medal of hero or honor for 🐈 cuz they deserve a 🏅

She has such a loving spirit! She loved her owner & went to him even though dangerous. She is a wonderful ca & so thankful that she had a good family that cares for her! What a great rescue! Owner rescued cat, cat rescued owner! So much love between them is wonderful!

В декабре 2012 года, пока мы все были в гостях с ночёвкой, в подъезде нашего многоквартирного дома произошёл случай. женщина с психическим отклонением включила газовую духовку и ушла из дому. В 5 утра КОШКА соседки, живущей двумя этажами ниже этой квартиры, растормошила хозяйку ото сна мяуканьем и царапаньем, заставила выйти из квартиры и вызвать службу газа. 24 квартиры были спасены. Настоящая героиня. Она уже ушла на радугу, а мы помним. Спасибо, киса.

I have no doubt my cats would try to save me too. Even if I just burn dinner, the smoke makes them come fuss at me, lol. They're all extremely attached to me. They follow me and come when I call, and even though right now they're living with my parents, when I visit they just want to spend all their time with me. My mom is the one feeding them and she pets them if they go to her...but they don't cling to her and shadow her like they do me.

Cats really do have this rescue instinct. In our country, mostly houses are grilled. So for those not used to this may find that it looks like prison bars. So one day may cat was outside the house and I called out to him from a grilled window. His face became shocked and he ran to me in a hurry. As soon as he was in front of me he was trying to reach my hand which I stuck out the grill, as if he was trying to pull me out. Then it struck me that he must've thought I was caged. It just went through my mind, that was called family ties. He was trying to save me. Heartwarming.

I used to feed some street cat near my house. Then one night, after midnight, I heard a cat meowing loudly (more like screaming). The cat hissed and meowed so much that I thought the cat was angry at something, so I guessed it must be the local boss cat who defend his teritory (this often happened in my neighbourhood). The screaming continued and not long after I heard a sound as if someone just jumped over my fence, the I heard a sound of motorcycle. The sound of the bike were really near my house and I thought it was in front of my house. Then I heard hushed voice. Seconds after, the bike getting far away. I asked my neighbour who had the spy cam that also cover my house to see. And yes, there were 2 guys infornt of my house that night. One jumped the fence then not long after, he jumped back and went away with his partner. I couldn't see the cat, so I never know which cat, also seemed like the cat was pretty hidden that night. But thanks to the cat, my house was safe ❤

I love this video! I have a cat who used to follow me around at work just like a dog. He wouldn't stay away once I arrived at work. Finally I took him home since he obviously wanted to be with me. He still follows me around.

I can't imagine how ignorant some people are, to think cats care less than dogs because they don't make as much of a scene or cry loudly whenever they see them. Cats are good with people who can understand the subtle things. Beautiful and amazing episode.

Amo a los gatos..tengo 10 y me han salvado de la depresión...y otras veces de pesadillas y una vez que me dormí y dejé el arroz cocinando se estaba quemando ,la casa estaba llena de humo y una de mis gatitas hizo lo mismo que el gatito del vídeo sus maullidos fuertes y casi tiró la puerta para despertarme... aquí en Texas hay cientos de gatos por las calles muriendo de hambre y la gente es bastante cruel...los maltran y no les importa ver morir a los gatos de hambre. ES TRISTE LA VIDA DE LOS PEQUEÑOS FELINOS.😭
