His execution is definitely getting better though. His shots and the recovery afterwards have gotten much quicker. Doesn't look like he's throwing himself around anymore.

i mean he was way more accurate in this fight than his last one. but ik what you mean. like if he times his jab better and also control the distance better when he explodes in with the right hand(when he hits behind the head) he would in general be even much more accurate and that could be very very dangerous for jake and tommy. he just needs to have a lil better judgment of distance when it comes to him exploding in.

@@bell5248 he doesn’t have the technique or defended to sit and stay in mid range to do that though. He’s at the point where going all in with this unorthodox style is his best chance at getting wins. At this novice level it’s fine.

Tommy would jab KSIs head off with his hands that low, and when he bounces backwards and forwards a good boxer will use a jab and time him mid beat of his bounce.

It’s because Joe was leaning toward JJ, trying to clinch. JJ was pulling him toward his right trying to landed the short right. If Joe was just moving forward or JJ was just pulling him right that elbow doesn’t hit. It’s a combination of the two.
