Semoga Mall ni tak jadi mall sendu la. Aeon Bukit Tinggi dekat area situ pun, sebesar besar mall dia, pun still byk dah lot kedai kosong.

Hopefully they will be able to maintain a decent upkeep. KSL Hotel in JB was advertised as a 5 star hotel when it was first opened. I doubt it’s the same now. Upkeep has been generally poor over time.

klang dh dpt reputasi buruk dgn jalan paling hauk, banyak kes jenayah mcm mexico dh. this part of klang kena rename new name kalau nak naik value klang sendiri. mcm era 1994 Shah alam ambil kota kemuning drpd klang jd sebahagian kwsn shah alam.

Aptly named because the mall includes an esplanade park along the creek beside it.

No matter how many shopping malls are build it can’t compete with others in terms of design concepts .. further with a weak economy and rising inflation consumer purchasing power is weak and it will give rise to a glut in demand for shopping space
