Wir mussten die Stecker zerschneiden weil für den Quadlock hinter dem Gerät nirgends platz war. Bos funktioniert perfekt.

Hallo, wir schlagen vor, das Modul auf den Fuß des Beifahrersitzes zu stellen. Wenn es innen platziert wird, ist es wichtig, die Verkabelung vor der Wiederherstellung gut zu organisieren. Freut mich trotzdem zu hören, dass es jetzt funktioniert :-)

Hello, I purchased a car with this system installed. I am really happy with it, and keep up the good work. I only have one question. The left speaker works fine with CarPlay, but the right doesn't. AUX is activated in the engineering menu and the Radio works with BOTH speakers. Also, when I do a phone call with the original Mercedes Bluetooth connected, I can hear both speakers. Both speakers have always worked with a AUX cable. Could you please let me know what your advise would be? It's a car from 2008 with a NTG 4.0 system. I have tried to use a different phone, but same result. Same applies to applications, I have used Spotify, KZfaq, all have the issue that only one speaker is being used.

Yes, I fixed this; it was the cable that was. the problem, I needed to cut a cable to get this fixed. Ask the seller which cable you should cut@@karim_beats

Can you listen to radio while using car play? I have ordered it. I have a question regarding the AUX I normally use AUX jack in the glove box to play songs from my telephone. Do i still need to do the first step? Also the compartment where you hide the box is it stable ? Won’t it make noise while driving ?

1.do not support to listen to original radio while using car play. 2. use auxiliary input option in benz media menu, not aux port, no need to connect aux cable 3. you can hide the box under carpet of glove box or behind radio head unit . 4. no noise while driving

@@Kremersino Ok Thanks for you rapid answer. Just one last question does CarPlay fail or exit when passing no signal zones ? Cause I do a lot of traveling in country side where some parts have poor signal. I’m waiting for my order, so far so good, it’s been really quick it’s already shipped!

hi, here is the answers for two questions: 1. do not support to use oem radio together with navi from carplay at the same time. oem system and retrofit system can not works in same time and both of them use different audio channel. carplay use aux /bluetooth as audio 2. yes you can install it on 2011 w212 NTG4.0

I went to aliexpress shop and show me some options NTG 4.0 NTG 4.5 NTG 5.0 and NTG 5.0 with Aux my car is 2008 Mercedes Benz C300 which one I should pick ?

yes you can use Mercedes bluetooth as audio in android auto, however request mercedes has bleutooth call and bluetooth media audio functions

What’s happening with the reverse camera when you shift to Reverse? Do you have to turn on the carplay again or it’s automatically?

reverse camera works in oem system /retrofit system automatically when shift to Reverse. and carplay will turn on automatically once turn on engine

sure, you can switch between two system by press steering wheel button. module bring a new system in the screen to work, however do not influence original system works

Hello I tried to install it on 2008 C350. The screen shuts down when carplay is engaged, after a couple of seconds. Stay on log enough to see carplay on the screen. I uninstalled it and the screen would stay on. Any ideas what is causing this?

Your customer service was able to help me out. Thank you so much. For anybody with a W204, 2008 C350, in my car the switch was set to 1H,2L,3H,4H,5H,6L, or the screen will go black once Carplay engages. This adapter works smooth and with full capabilities.

Добрый день! как переключаться между двумя режимами - оригинальной магнитолой и CarPlay? Каждый раз вынужден выключать авто, вытаскивать ключ, ждать когда электроника полностью выключиться, выключать на телефоне wi-fi и только тогда включать авто - только так оригинал. Если завел авто с включенным wi-fi то сразу включается CarPlay и из него уже не выйти
