Travelling in KSRTC AIRAVAT B9R through the Bandipur Forest. My bus was the last bus, which starts at 10:32 pm from Ooty towards Bengaluru. There are two KSRTC late buses that are allowed to go through Bandipur Forest. Always a thrilling journey when you get to pass through the Bandipur & Madumalai forest and witness the wild animals roaming. Apart from this no other vehicle is allowed to enter the forest post 6 pm. Get to witness the wildlife for free though this journey. The gate opens for normal traffic at 6 am.
Two Karnataka, Kerala multiaxle buses & Two Tamilnadu busses are allowed to go through Bandipur Forest at night.

Though that pitch dark of forest journey looks scary and those animals roaming here and there in dark WOAH Better than safari and hats off to bus drivers 🙏🏼

The drivers are very kind and stop the bus if any animal is near the road..

ನಾನು ಹಗಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವಾರು ಬಾರಿ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಆದರೆ ರಾತ್ರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ನೋಡಲು ನನಗೆ ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಕುತೂಹಲವಿತ್ತು.. ನಿಜಕ್ಕೂ ಅದೊಂದು ಥಿಲ್ಲಿಂಗ್ ಅನುಭವ👍🏼
