How can i tape my foot/lower leg to better stabilize myself while playing golf? I have Charko-Marie-Tooth, in my early 40's and the CMT is getting progressively worse. I have poor stability and I need to figure out how to tape to be able to be stable over the golf ball and during the swing.

This always peels off in the middle for me and won't stay stuck to my skin.

You could Always Place Another piece of kinesiotape at a right angle on the middle of the first strip, with no tension at all. But like I said above, if you handle the tape like they do in the video, it's going to peel off very quickly and be of no assistance whatsoever.

cubensis Golden actually, it's a technique that kept me dancing in college for a couple more years despite a failing body. I wouldn't have been able to keep doing it without Kinseology Taping to correct my painful muscle movements.

Shayna Pulley One of the things that got me interested in kinesiology taping was it's ease-of-use. And once people understand the mechanics, biomechanics, physiology that combine to make this work then it becomes a very helpful tool. I'm glad you were able to find relief with this when you had your injury

ummmmm, the person you're doing this on doesn't even have drop foot. what's the point of this video? i can't lift my foot at all. after you put it on the foot still drops.
