4 жыл бұрынThis is my first KZfaq video, so please excuse any issues. This is a little video of some clips I got exploring on my 2007 KTM 250 XC 2 stroke supermoto. This bike is a ton of fun, and was a long and enjoyable project for me; drop a like or subscribe if you would like to see more of the bike, thanks!
Very little people were around during the filming of this video; I went out with the intent to respectfully explore and have fun, without disturbing anyone or damaging property.

Not gonna lie, it does make me ride less, but I I’ve had people try to steal it on several occasions, so I don’t have a choice really. I do get to work on it in my living room, however, which is very nice.

@@ozzyboring9301 its not as much risk of it geting stolen and in case its not posible to store the bike some other place its best stored in apartment.

@@extec101 yes i got a bike stolen from be 5 hours after i bought it but i got it back and after that i started having my bike inside but now im really scared of leaven my bike outside of the store or something like that

@@ozzyboring9301 i do feel your fear of geting the bike stolen as i had a few bikes stolen and now days i dont ride it where i need to leave it unatended for more then minutes at most. and lock is always used when out and about eaven if i need to get in the gas station for payment. it sucks that people cant leve others stuff alone.

IR3zzy I have no odometer or fuel gauge, so I cannot answer this question, but it is a race bike, so I’m sure not great.

Yo so how long does your head last street riding? And how long are your rides? I’m about to start using a ktm 300 xcw as a daily until my cars back on the road

50 or so hours on my top end so far with no issues there. Compression feels good and idles fine.

@@BogVlogs806 I was told I’m going to have to be on and off the throttle constantly just as if it where off-road is that true? I’ve only ridden 2 strokes they the woods around my area just cause I could never get one legal but now that my ktm is legal I wanna street ride it I’m just afraid of blowing it up faster then I would racing it

@@budderswag I’ve been told to not engine brake and instead pull the clutch in when coming to stops. Make sure to stay on top of maintenance.

@@BogVlogs806 so coasting is a no go got it (also it’s virtually impossible to engine brake on a 2 stroke they just free coast atoeadt every smoker I’ve road did ) would riding an hour or 2 at a time be problematic or should I keep it to sub 40 minute rides

The bike weighs about the same as a fat person so it’s really not that bad.

bike weights 200lbs lol what you mean? an elevator can handle 8-10 people, multiply that by 150-200lbs
