May be some teeth of the sprockets and chain rollers are damaged.. You need to replace your bike's complete chain set.

Bhai mere duke 250 me chain ki tak tak awaz aa rahi hai ...chain swingarm ko hit ho rahi hai....chain tight kr li par kuch faayda nahi...kya kar sakte hai?😔 irritating sound hai yar

bhai ho skta hai chain tight krne ke limit khatm ho gyi ho purani hone ke wajah se chain set change krna padega.

Nice video. What is the 3.5 cm logic? 🤔 The chain slack is 7-10 mm in KTMs. So, to measure you've to push the chain upwards and measure,
