Ive ridden the Dukes 200 and 890 at trackdays, and both were amazing. Felt almost like the same bike to me, besides the 890's ridiculous engine.

Had a Husqvarna Vitplen 401 for a bit (based on 390) Absolute tonne of fun for a punchy single. Very aggressive ergos though Now I'm on an FZ1S, bit of a jump Enjoying your videos

Anyone know the video Illestrator made that was a list of things drivers don’t understand/know about what bikers do? Mentions being turned into Megatrons kneecap and adjusting chicken strips. Also got a pizza in the middle of winter and rode back home on his bike. Was from like 4 ish years ago

what are you riding to work these days? The CB 550, the BMW cafe racer, or the MT-07? I know you ain't parking that Triumph Speed triple on the street. 😉

What'd you think of the ultra lightweight single? The duke is fairly similar to my cb, though the duke is almost 90 pounds heavier than my cb and a bit more powerful.

Its definitely a carpel tunnel machine in town at times with how much you shift, but on the upside you can rip through 6 gears without losing your license. Its a bike you can thrash without being suicidal.

The Duke was alot of fun as its lively and light. The power gets strong more at the top though and by that point its screaming so loud I fear cops noticing lol

@@Theillestrator1050 Yea on my cb I'm spending a lot of time banging rapid downshifts to keep the revs up. Im not as worried about noise here in dallas fort worth, because frankly every other truck out here is straight piped, and my exhaust isnt terribly obnoxious.

Stryker's have the same power as a stock 114ci, crazy considering the size difference.

You are totally wrong, I own a stryker and a 103 deluxe. The stryker has at best the power of a 103 which is still very good considering it's 80cui the stryker is totally out powder by the 114.

Mate no comment on the 390? You must've been concentrating... I've owned a RC390, 790 & 890R Duke they where all fun bikes but alas I'm into Tuono's know.

It was a fun bike but to be honest my camera was dying and it was a short ride so I didn't wanna say things i couldn't finish lol

Its a single, they all sound like that for the most part. Theres no real middle ground with them, they either sound, quiet and boring, or loud, and brappy. and the sound of a 4 stroke thumper is very much an acquired taste.
