All J.J.'s meds that he has to take was left behind, including his service dog given up. 2. The children's items was left in a storage unit 3. The mom has the 17 year old's phone and I-pad, no teen would be without that. and 4. There is no one in their right mind that would sit in jail on charges relating to missing children if they could produce the children. If she didn't want anyone else to find out where her kids are like if she would be claiming she was protecting them, then all she has to do is just tell a detective who they are staying with and to keep it quiet, then it could be verified and case close, but she can't do that because she knows they are dead. She's hoping if they can't find bodies she can't be charged with murder. But she's very wrong about that one.

So I have been following this case from Scotland. I have a couple of questions regarding the law in the US. First, why was Tammy Daybell’s death not investigated? I gather she died suddenly and had no health issues. When my late sister died suddenly, although she had been unwell for weeks she had to have an autsopy. I think this is generally the law here. From what I understand her husband refused an autopsy. He should not have any say in the matter. As for Loris husband, he was shot in self defence and that was just accepted as truth. It was a baseball bat versus a gun. Lori, her daughter and her brother were all there. Surely the three of them could have overpowered him. Not trying to criticise US law but in Scotland I believe it would have raised flags. Would appreciate it if someone could answer my questions. Thank you.
