Hi Kaviya.. my daughter was diagnosed for congenital cataract and underwent a surgery at the age of 2 months.. now she undergoes patching for 60-70% of her wake time. However we notice that her weak eye has divergent squint and is smaller in size than her good eye. What is the right age to undergo squint correction? What is the ideal time for patching and until what age should she continue her patching? Also, most importantly what is the right age for IOL insertion? It will be really helpful if you can gather information around this..

Hi Mam… My son was detected with amblyopia nd was in treatment for last two years and now we have operated as per doctor suggestions for squint and also he has +3 power . I have an squint by born... Didnt know which eye at that time... Later wearing specs got corrected mostly... By college days, specs helps to correct my both eyes well🎉 Now last week, got surgery at 24 year. Bcoz very rare time only ... Getting squint and doctor suggested it before lasik.
