I have been using it on my John deer tractor for 3 years and now on my Polaris 1000

Front mount is the way to go . I like it for the ease of storage and I added some weight to make it scrape better without digging up the lawn. Cool that you can use the tractor but nothing beats having heat and plowing with a cup of coffee... Great video good luck.

Looks good Adam. I decided to go with a Express Steel snow pusher for my b2601. No snow yet in KY where I’m at.

I have the same plow and I just bought a massy and found a skid steer 2” mount frame and was going to try the same thing this winter. Good to know it will work. Snowsport sells tie down straps to give you more push down. You can also take the frame apart and flip it if you need more height so your loader arms don’t contact the ground.

Hey Adam nice job. If I remember you made a really cool plow from an old truck plow for your B2601. You may have said something about why your not using it earlier but I missed it. Love my B2601 and love watching all the cool stuff you do with yours!!

I posted this on another snowsport video. The plow itself on the HD version is about 125 pounds. The girl is one strong chick. The mount is almost as heavy as the plow. The plow on the LT and Utility models are about 65 pounds. The mount also weighs much less. I had the HD version plow and mount (bought at half price off craigslist from a farmer who wanted to dig up an asphalt driveway. He didn't have success, thus he sold it to me.). Since I am getting older it was very hard to maneuver. I sold that package and bought the Utility version (broke even on the sale and purchase price). That mount is much lighter as is the plow itself. Only 65 pounds for the plow. I have to plow in reverse because I can't put a front mount on my leased Dodge Ram (not allowed to drill holes in the frame). That works just fine. Only the HD version allows you to angle the blade in three directions. My only complaint is that I have a very severe angle between my concrete street and my asphalt driveway. I can't clear the snow at that intersection. The plow rides up at the intersection. I bought the tie down strap but that prevents the plow from riding up on the mount and I dig the plow and mount into the street and driveway. Other than that, plow is well worth the money given that a large quality snowblower is at least $800. $800 is more than I paid for (and sold for) the used HD version I bought off of craigslist and more than twice as much as I paid for the used LT version I bought off of craigslist. I was lucky.

I have owned both the HD version plow and now the Lt version. The blade on the HD version weighs about 125 pounds. The blade on the Lt version weighs about 60 pounds. On some of the other reviews on this plow, the guy is lifting the HD version blade with one arm and very little effort. Either this guy is Hercules or I am the weakest guy in the world. Lifting up each end is about equal to lifting a 60 pound dumb bell in the gym. That size dumb bell is huge. This guy is lifting each end with one arm only. No legs. No effort. It just doesn't seem practical or realistic.
