I just installed a snowblower onto my LX2610 for the first time and appreciated your guidance. I had the subframe on a furniture dolly, which worked great for me. I just used a 2X4 to give me some leverage and was able to get it up on the pins very quickly! Cheers!

Thanks, once more, for a great instructional video. It was my first time connecting the snow thrower, so this video was a life-saver.

Your creeper would have been the ideal roller for the subframe.

I didn't even think about that to be honest. Duh, on my part. In the spring I'm going to put them on furniture movers like I did the loader so I can move them around the garage.🙂

This was a great video. Thank you. We'll be buying a Kubota MX 5400 soon and my wife will be operating it a lot, and your videos are great for her sake and mine. I like how you wisely got help with it. Can do attitude and determination! By the way; A ten dollar HF furniture dolly works wonders compared to balancing it on a jack.

When I swap out my the snow thrower with the loader in the spring I will be putting it on furniture dollies like I did the loader. 😁

We need an oil change video for your 50 hour service...

I think you missed a grease fitting. I have one under the sub frame. A little tit for next time. Make a small pallet with casters on it and store it on that. When your ready to move it just push it across the room. You can still slid it under the tractor when it's on the pallet.

There are a few that I had to buy a different grease nozzle for that I hit later but didn't post. 🙂👍

Nice job! I have a B Series Cab tractor and I'm surprised to see them run the hydraulic lines under the axle. Mine goes above and has two ring line holders to keep the lines out of the way and from not getting hung up on anything. You ever have an issue where the lines get or could get snagged up on anything underneath?
@redfoxmanortractorsequipment2 жыл бұрын
Thank you 🙂! The lines have never snagged on anything. Knock on wood I hope the never do but may think about routing them differently myself.

What a pita! Could they make it any harder?

I'm sure they could, let's hope not.🤣

Did you do your 50 hour service yet? Ya putting the snowblower on isn't bad..
@redfoxmanortractorsequipment2 жыл бұрын
If you are asking about the tractor 50hr service for the oil, filters & such I haven't. I'm only at 43hrs right now and that service should be done after 50 not right at 50. 🙂I'll probably do that in the spring but, depending on how much it's used this winter I may do it sooner.

@@redfoxmanortractorsequipment on the contrary first oil change is at 50 with oil filter hydraulic filter hydrostatic filter then at 200 oil change again oil filter hydraulic filter transmission filter and hydraulic oil.. the chart for services is in the owner's manual

Did you think about driving the Tractor over it??? Never use grease on the pin. Always use a spray Lub, not grease. Did you even look at the manual??

When I take it off in the spring I'm putting it on furniture movers like I did my loader. It'll give me a better angle to put it on next season.
