Never rode a ES8 but looks more less the same spec. I also reviewed the Engwe S6 which I found better build quality than the M4 pro plus has tubeless tyres. Feel free to watch that video. S65 is an ok scooter but motor is very noisy and speed is only 22km/h tested against GPS. I also reviewed that. If you are travelling though 20kms a day, I think a seat is the best option. I did 30kms a day for years and found the seat to make the journey more comfortable. Either the M4 Pro or Engwe S6 i’d recommend. Both are great options and there should be links and discount codes in both descriptions of each video. Both are more less identical but the M4 has wider handlebars which are more comfortable plus the fold. Check out also my review on the Engwe S6. Very similar again but build better. All scooters should have links in each description also and discount codes so compare the prices.

That happened many years ago when scooters were becoming popular. No issues anymore and once you ride sensible, should be ok. They will be legalised this year fully. Of course, always be cautious.

Not possible unless you change the controller. But it’s a single motor scooter so that is to be expected. Slow on initial acceleration but then after a few seconds it’s fine.

Check your P-settings and verify. To get to the p-setting menu, turn on the scooter and press/hold both the start/stop AND the mode buttons (simultaneously). The p-menu will kick in and you need to cycle through the menu for the power setting (P15) to make sure it is set to 100. Here is the menu and recommended settings (stock): P2 - 0 (0 - kilometers, 1 - miles) P3 - 48 (battery voltage, don't touch) P4 - 1 (shutdown in minutes, 0 ,no shut down, 1 to 60mins P6 - 9 (wheel diameter in inches, only change if wheel size changed) P7 - 30 (number of magnets in the motor - DON'T CHANGE, doesn't give more power etc) P9 - kick start on/off P10 - DON'T CHANGE P15 - 100 (maximum power in percent) P16 - 0 (cruise control, on/off) P99 - Factory Reset D0 - total scooter mileage with the possibility of zeroing.

I’m finished editing that video so tomorrow it will be out. Before you take off the back wheel, just be careful with the motor cable. It might have a tie wrap around it so just cut that and you will have more slack. You will see what I mean when you watch the video.

@@Movelectrics no as in a replacement fork and shot absorbers because a guy repaired it for me and it cracked on the part you connect to the pole connecting to the handlebar I need a standard size I think 8’ inch. And a drill to put the shock absorbers in because it doesn’t seem to go in far enough for it to be safe to ride.

@@karimscaterovic5413 For the broken part...yes...the Kugoo website has a parts section...else query their customer service. As for the need for a drill...not necessary. Just take the large HEX wrench (size 10mm) and insert it using its long end. However, you will not have enough hand power/torque to screw the strut fully at the top of the threaded strut mount. Therefore, you will need a pipe or socket extension to increase the leverage with the small end of the HEX wrench. It's quirky...but it will get the job done. I found that if I could count between 6 and 7 threads showing ABOVE the top strut mount...this was how they had been set from the factory and therefore considered fully threaded; and ready for the top nut to be installed.

Never tried the X1 but compare video reviews on both ⚡️

@@Movelectrics im probably making it sound worse then it is, this is also my first scooter. a rough estimate of movement would be about 1/2 inch rotation to the right.

More than likely your clamp for the seat is not tight enough. I have mine as tight as possible but of course after riding for a good while, I just have to straighten it back up.

@@faizaannazir9083 I’ve never heard of ‘Hitway’ so I can’t comment. But remember that a stronger motor provides more torque (pushing power for hills/stronger acceleration) not necessarily more speed. I love the M4 Pro to be honest. Seat is great. There is another scooter I reviewed call the Bogist C1 Pro that also had an optional seat, but the M4 Pro is easier to get parts. Check out YT for reviews and compare different brands out there.

When I see a rebrand of the M4 with virtually the same specs but an 800W motor, I question whether this is the NOMINAL power rating (i.e. 500W) or the PEAK power rating (which could be 800W). In other words, a "marketing ploy".

Screws fell out? Best to always check them weekly and apply blue loctite.

@@Movelectrics ye sadly using this for mobility as I have mobility issues isn't that great. But ye lesson learned at it went back because the seat threats where gone. Sadly the seat isn't the best. Looking for a more comfortable yet quick and foldable option now.

@@Movelectrics It can vary alot depending on speed setting and if running duel motor or not it's more than enough though. If you had max speed and duel motor on all time you will get 20 miles ish. Being sensible lower mid speed single motor you will get between 30-40 miles ish. I've never gone far enough on it to run it all the way down put it that way but been over 20 miles with half battery left a few times.
