Sheep hunting is no small endeavor, nothing is ever given in the backcountry.
Watch the adventure unfold as KUIU’s Justin Shaffer travels to northern British Columbia to hunt with Spatsizi River Outfitters for trophy Stone sheep.
Follow along as he and the team head deep into the famed Cassiar Mountains on a quest to finish his Grand Slam of North American Sheep.
After two and half days of riding into the backcountry on horseback, Justin finds himself in some of the most remote, beautiful and pristine landscape on the planet, smack dab in the middle of prime Stone sheep country.
20 years in the making with countless hours of dreaming and preparation leading up to this moment, he makes the most of this opportunity to fulfill a lifelong dream.
