For G2 Master E001 means Rear motor Hall fault.
Check step: Swap the front motor terminal with the rear motor terminal to connect them to check if this error code still appears.
Case 1=lf it still appears, it is a controller fault, and you should replace the controller to try again. Also, there are 2 versions of the controller and are not compatible, please take a picture of the controller label and cables so we can confirm the version.
Case 2=lf it does not appear, please replace the rear motor and try again.
