They take out the seeds and clean the walls of the veins, cut holes in parallel and insert a walnut branch. Similar ladles were hung near springs, they also got wine from buried jugs. There is an Abkhaz proverb - a metaphor in which the fragility of a pumpkin is compared with an unjustified risk and a test of fate. By its nature, it is very fragile, with a slight knock it cracks easily. At the same time, it was difficult to notice the crack. The crack became noticeable when it began to let water through. Therefore, it was compared with human behavior.
