It’s pretty dry in Guangdong around fall and winter.
So people really get used to eating kumquats
in various ways, like marmalades, kumquat wine, kumquat tea, kumquat soup...
I’m gonna show you guys how to make all these delicious drinks, jams and dishes.
And I came all the way to Zengcheng to pull up one huge late flowering Chinese cabbage. Almost as tall as me.
A specialty of Zengcheng and inarguably the king of all cabbages.
